The Human Rights Watch Team of Mackin’s Human Resources Department, without violating the privacy of members, is always paying attention to internal personnel disputes, reporting problems at any time, avoiding human rights violations, and helping to maintain the overall safety of the company. At the same time, we also have professional psychologists and legal aid to promptly solve the physical and mental health problems of our members.

At Mackin, we keep in constant communication with practitioners in the music industry to timely obtain feedback that is beneficial to the development of the industry; at the same time, we also actively cooperate with other musicians, groups or groups to strive to achieve the stability and prosperity of the community and help to maximize the interests of musicians.
The members of Mackin come from all over the world, and there are also participants and supporters from all over the world. Privacy

At Mackin, only the work-related data of members is collected and stored in a secure manner in the Personnel Office. No other department members or third parties are authorized to obtain the data, with the aim of minimizing the amount of user data that we or others can access.
At Mackin, we insist on collecting only the necessary data to serve users, partners, or any third-party needs. When Mackin collects data, we will clearly and directly inform the other party to ensure that they could know how their information will be used and how to opt out at any time. In some cases, specific information is essential. In this case, we will use the minimum amount of data to provide relevant services.

Environmental Resources
We have always believed that environmental protection is also a basic human right. At Mackin, we have already implemented paperless office, and all documents and paper materials have been transferred to digital and online processing. It is estimated that the monthly annual paper saving is equivalent to a dense forest of seven thousand trees.
In the Singapore headquarters of Mackin, we have already achieved the use of clean energy for all power supply. In San Francisco, Vancouver, Bern, Sydney and Hong Kong, we have always been actively cooperating with local governments to help achieve a cleaner way of working.
