Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B setting
Strong understanding of the sales process and sales management principles
Experience developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
Proven track record of success in managing and growing accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently under pressure
