A Regional Account Director (RAD) is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within a specific geographic region. They are responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and growing revenue within their region. RADs typically have a team of account managers who report to them.


Responsibilities of a RAD may include:


  • Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for their region

  • Managing relationships with key clients

  • Growing revenue within their region

  • Coaching and mentoring account managers

  • Setting and tracking sales goals

  • Forecasting sales

  • Analyzing sales data

  • Reporting on sales performance to senior leadership

需求

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B setting

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and sales management principles

  • Experience developing and executing marketing and sales strategies

  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing accounts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently under pressure
