A Corporate Culture Secretary is responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive and productive corporate culture within Mackin. They work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation. They also play a key role in communicating and promoting Mackin's values and mission to all employees.


Responsibilities of a Corporate Culture Secretary may include:


  • Developing and implementing corporate culture initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Communicating and promoting the organization's values and mission to all employees.

  • Organizing and managing corporate events, such as employee town halls, holiday parties, and team-building retreats.

  • Managing the organization's social media accounts and using them to promote corporate culture.

  • Conducting employee surveys and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement in the corporate culture.

  • Working with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for addressing employee concerns and improving the overall employee experience.
