About the Role
A Corporate Culture Secretary is responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive and productive corporate culture within Mackin. They work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation. They also play a key role in communicating and promoting Mackin's values and mission to all employees.
Responsibilities of a Corporate Culture Secretary may include:
Developing and implementing corporate culture initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Communicating and promoting the organization's values and mission to all employees.
Organizing and managing corporate events, such as employee town halls, holiday parties, and team-building retreats.
Managing the organization's social media accounts and using them to promote corporate culture.
Conducting employee surveys and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement in the corporate culture.
Working with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for addressing employee concerns and improving the overall employee experience.
